Adjusting the swather
Before correcting any operational
faults or carrying out any repair,
maintenance or cleaning work, always
disengage the driving system, stop the
engine and remove the key from the
ignition!
The swather is designed for a max.
PTO speed of 540 rpm.
Recommended PTO speed during
operation: 350-450 U/min.
The swather must never be driven
with a 1000 rpm PTO shaft.

Adjusting the swather
4.1 General

•
Slowly lower the rotor using the control valve.
•
Adjust the rotor until it is horizontal or inclined slightly
forwards using the adjusting spindle (1).
4.3 Setting the working height
•
Slowly raise the rotor using the control valve.
Switch off the engine and remove the
ignition key.
•
Place stop (2) in required position
•
Slowly lower the rotor using the control valve
•
Adjust the rotor until it is horizontal or inclined slightly
forwards using the adjusting spindle (1).
4.4 Sideways tilt setting of the
undercarriage
To ensure optimal adaptation of tines to ground
contours, it is possible to additionally adjust the
transverse tilt of the rotor relative to the chassis.

• Adjust the desired angle of inclination on the
undercarriage with the adjusting screw (3).
• Plug the setting screw back into the lock (4).
Switch off the engine and remove the
ignition key.
