Guiding the lower twine from the lower twine guide further to the knotter needles

BP000-109

„

Guide the lower twine (1) coming from the twine guide in the frame (8) through the eye (7) of
the twine guide (9).

„

Guide the lower twine (1) further through the eye of the twine tension springs (10).

„

Pull the lower twine (1) up and guide it over the roll (11) of the knotter needle (12).

„

Pull the lower twine (1) down to the frame (13) and knot it on the frame (13).

„

Repeat this procedure for the lower twines (2) and (3).

Connecting twine rolls with each other (double knotter)

The procedure of connecting the twine rolls with each other is identical for the left and right
machine side. Therefore, the procedure described below for connecting the twine rolls applies
to both machine sides.
