Use, wash and store with care! Keep out of reach of children!

Use on dry, clean and flat surface.

Cut meat into small chunks, fill few pieces every time. Do not mince meat with skin, fat, tendon and bone.

Do not insert fingers during use! Use pusher for safety.

Wash and dry immediately after use to avoid staining.

Clean suction base with damp cloth. Do not soak.

Suggest cleaning the blades with a brush.

Do not use corrosive cleaning products. Do not excessive use of detergent. 

Top rack dishwasher and dish sterilizer safe. Set temperature below 65°C / 150°F.

Keep away from high heat.

使用时,切勿用手接触螺杆!使用压棒以保安全。

为免被食物色素染色,使用后应立即清洗并擦干。

使用湿毛巾清洁底座,切勿用水浸泡。

建议使用刷子清洗刀片。

切勿使用腐蚀性清洁剂及过量使用清洁剂。

可放入洗碗机及消毒碗柜的上层清洗,设定温度低于

65°C / 150°F

远离高温。

Suitable for mincing meat, fish.  Do not mince meat with skin, fat, tendon or bone.

1. Clean the bottom of suction  

  base before use.

2. Insert mincer house into  

  suction base.

3. Turn clockwise to lock mincer  

  house and suction base.

4. Attach stopper to auger, 4 ribs  

  face outwards.

5. Then insert driving screw to  

  mincer house.

6. Fit 4 ribs to the slots. (To clean  

  after use, push to remove  

 stopper.)

7. Install cutting blade, the sharp  

  side facing outward. Then  

  install coarse / fine disc blade.

8. Screw on blade cover  

  according to the arrow  

 indicator.

9. Install handle.

10. Cut meat into small chunks.  

  Use pusher to press softly  

  and turn handle clockwise to  

 mince.

11. After mincing, marinate the  

  meat if necessary.  Install  

  sausage maker, and then  

  lock blade cover. 

12. Put the sausage casings on  

 

sausage maker. Turn the  

 

handle clockwise to make  

 sausage.
