• Check if you applied force to the carrier. Remove the carrier and mount it
again.
• Check the halogen lamp is turned on. Blocking the ventilation holes may
cause the lamp to turn off.
• Check if you applied vibration to the unit during scanning.

• If you are using the slide carrier, check if you mounted the carrier with its
holder pushed in.

Film cannot be fed properly.
• Check the curling condition or end conditions of the film. (page 16

• Check if you mounted or removed the film carrier with film inside.
