Performing a scan to e-mail operation

Searching the phone book

Press the [Scan] key.

The machine enters Scan mode, and the Scan mode screen appears.

Press the [Phone Book] key.

The "PHONE BOOK" menu appears.

Press the [

] or [

] key until "SEARCH" is selected, and then press the

[OK] key.

Type in the first few characters of the name registered for the desired
recipient.
