Making Output Setting

8.1.1

Outline of Output Setting

Follow the procedure below to display the Output Setting Screen and select the desired copying features.

To display the Output Setting Screen

1

Press [COPY] tab to display the Copy Screen.

Press [Output Setting].

The Output Setting Screen will be displayed.

%

Pressing a function key displays its subsequent screen for setting the function in detail.

%

More than one output functions can be used in combination; however, the keys which are incom-
patible will be grayed out to show inactivity.

%

Pressing [HDD Store] allows you to configure the setting to store scanned data onto the HDD. The 
same operation can be performed as pressing [STORE] tab and selecting [Scan to HDD] on the sub-
sequent screen. For details, see [User's Guide - Network Scanner].

Press [Cancel] to restore the previous setting. To restore the initial setting, press [Default Set].
