Load paper appropriate to the specified settings into the tray to which Paper Presetting is made.

When you changed the settings in Paper Presetting for the tray used in the current output job, load
the appropriate paper into that tray after the job is completed.

Select additional copy conditions, as desired.

Enter the desired print quantity from the control panel keypad .

Press Start on the control panel .

Printing will not start without the Copy Screen displayed. Please make sure to display the Copy
Screen.
6.6.4 Setting Paper Size: Standard

Selecting [Standard] for the paper size in Tray Setting accessed from the Machine Screen automatically
detects the standard size of paper loaded in the tray. In Paper Presetting, specify the desired standard
size manually for each tray.

Press [Paper Presetting] on the Copy Screen to display the Paper Presetting Screen.

Press a tray key provided under [Paper Tray] to select the tray to change the setting.

Press [Change Set] on the right side of [Paper Size].
The Size Setting Screen will be displayed.

Press [Standard].

Press the desired standard size key.

Press [OK] to return to the Paper Presetting Screen.

The minimum custom size can be changed. Contact your service representative, if desired.

Press [Paper Presetting] on the Copy Screen to display the Paper Presetting Screen.

Press a tray key provided under [Paper Tray] to select the tray to change the setting.

Press [Change Set] on the right side of [Paper Size].
The Size Setting Screen will be displayed.
