section • The duplex conveyance sensor (PS9) is not blocked even after the lapse of a
given period of time after the paper has unblocked PS9.
• The duplex conveyance sensor (PS9) is not unblocked even after the lapse of a
given period of time after the paper has blocked the exit sensor (PS8).
Detection of paper
left at duplex paper
transport section • The duplex conveyance sensor (PS9) is unblocked when the power switch is
turned ON, a door or cover is opened and closed, or a misfeed or malfunction is
reset.
