2. Aligning the small tabs [1] on the
separation roller assy with the slots
of the shaft, push the separation
roller assy [2] completely in so that
the tab fits into the slot.
3. Load the media face up in the tray 2.
4. Reattach the lid of the tray 2.
5. Push the tray 2 completely into the printer.
3.4.8 Replacing the transfer roller
A. Periodically replaced parts/cycle
• Transfer roller: Every 200,000 prints
B. Removal procedure
1. Remove the toner cartridge.

2. Pull the 2 levers [1] on the upper part
of the transfer roller, then squeeze
the 2 levers on the bottom of the
transfer roller [2] and pull it out slowly
towards you.
