5.14 Adjusting Position of Copy Image (Image Adjustment)
Use this function to make a copy adjusting the position of printed image.
The original size can be either detected automatically or specified manually.

Centering
The original image will be centered on copy paper.

No Rotate
For example, when size 8-1/2 × 11 copy paper is loaded in lengthwise (

)
orientation and the machine detects that the size 8-1/2 × 11 original is
placed portrait (

), the Rotation operates to make the same size copy as
if using size 8-1/2 × 11 copy paper loaded in crosswise (
v
) orientation by
rotating the original image 90°.
Also, the large original (such as 11 × 17 or 8-1/2 × 14) to be positioned
only landscape (
w
) can be copied onto copy paper loaded in crosswise
(
v
) orientation (such as 8-1/2 × 11 or 5-1/2 × 8-1/2) with Auto Zoom ac-
tivated to reduce the image size.
Specify [No Rotate] to disable this function.
