Modifying the properties of an existing presentation layout
On the TV80 you can create as many layouts as you need to suit your personal or
operational preferences. With the
Edit Layout
dialog box you can change the name and
the function key assigned to an existing layout.
Context
In the TV80 program, the presentation of sensor data is organized in views. The
views provide you with the information you need to control the functionality and the
operational parameters. You can choose to have one, two, three or four views at the
same time. In this context, the different combinations of views is called
layout . If you
use less than four views, you can choose their layout according to your operational
requirements or personal preferences. If you have several layouts, you may find it useful
to give each layout a title or name to help you identify each and/or assign a function
key to it for faster access.
Procedure
1 Select the
Display
icon to open the menu.
2 Select
Load Layout
.
Observe that the
Load Layout
dialog box opens.
3 Select
Edit Layout
.
Observe that the
Edit Layout
dialog box opens.
4 Type a new name.
Tip
If you do not have a computer keyboard connected to your TV80 system, select the
Keyboard
button to open an on-screen keyboard.
5 Select a function key.
