Status bar

The status bar is located at the bottom of the FM90i presentation. It allows you to view
the system status and disk space. If network logging is enabled, you can view the sonar
connection performance. You can also access detailed telemetry info.

A

Recording information

Displays the filename when you are recording data.

B

Disk space monitor

Displays the percentage of hard drive space you have available for data recordings.

C

System status

Shows the system status, such as “Active” when the system is connected to a Sonar
Head, “Inactive” when not connected, or “Playback” when replaying a recorded file.
Clicking the system status text will open a

Head Status

window showing telemetry

information.

D

Sonar connection performance

If network logging is enabled in the

Sonar Setup

dialog box, then the ping loss, packet

loss, and the last ping data rate will be displayed.

Tip

Right-click on the status bar to configure it. You can show or hide any of the information
displayed here.
