Supported datagram formats for palette control

On some vessels, the EK80 is used as an integrated part of a large information system.
In such cases, the host system may offer a common palette control. This allows you to
select a common colour scheme ("skin") used in all the presentations.

The NMEA DDC (Display Dimming and Control) datagram format allows you to
remotely control the colour palette and brightness of the EK80 display presentations.
