SOFTWARE UPDATES

Update using the endpoint

Konftel CC200 displays a green icon to notify that a software update is available. Konftel 
CC200 displays the notification only if you enable the option to automatically update the 
software from the Konftel CC200 GUI.
Do not switch off Konftel CC200 till the software update process is complete. If the 
update process is interrupted, repeat the update procedure. Do not restart Konftel 
CC200.
During the update process, Konftel CC200 displays rotating LEDs.
Before you begin:
• 

Download the software update package from Konftel.

• 

Create a backup of the current Konftel CC200 configuration.

Konftel CC200 starts the software update process. 
If Konftel CC200 cannot connect to the LAN or Wi-Fi network after the software update 
process is complete, repeat the update process using a USB drive.
