METHOD FOR ADJUSTING LEVER STAND IN FORE-AND-AFT DIRECTION
While pulling lever (3) up with the left hand, hold armrest (1)
with the right hand to move forward or backward, and then re-
lease lever (3).
Adjustment amount: 180 mm
METHOD FOR OPERATIONS AND CHECKS BEFORE STARTING ENGINE

WARNING
When starting the engine, check that the work equipment is securely locked (the pilot lamp in the switch
lights up).
If the work equipment control levers are not locked and they are touched by accident when starting the
engine, the work equipment may move unexpectedly, and this may lead to a serious injury or death.
Perform the check before starting the engine according to the following procedure.
1.
Check that battery disconnect switch (S) is in ON position
(I).
2.
Check that parking brake switch (1) is in ON position (A).
3.
Check that directional lever (2) is in NEUTRAL position
(N).
REMARK
The engine can be started only when the directional lever
is in NEUTRAL position (N).
4.
Check that the bucket is lowered to the ground.
