Check the reservoir tank.
Check that the coolant level is between FULL and LOW
marks of the reservoir tank.

If the coolant level is low, add coolant to FULL level
through the filler port of the reservoir tank.

After refilling with coolant, tighten the cap securely.
If the reservoir tank is empty, leakage of coolant should be
suspected. After checking, repair any abnormality immedi-
ately.
If no abnormality is found, check the level of the coolant in
the radiator. If it is low, add coolant of the same density in
radiator according to the coolant density table in “METH-
OD FOR CLEANING INSIDE OF COOLING SYSTEM
(4-20)”, then add coolant to the reservoir tank.
If coolant is added more than usual, check for coolant
leakage.
Check that there is no abnormality such as oil in the cool-
ant.

Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
