EVERY 500 HOURS SERVICE
Maintenance for every 50, 100 and 250 hours should be car-
ried out at the same time.
WARNING
●
Engine is at high temperature immediately after the
machine has been operated. Wait for engine to cool down
before replacing the filter.
●
Keep naked flames - sparks away from fuel.
●
When cranking the engine, ensure all safety procedures
have been followed, as the engine may start.
LUBRICATE SWING CIRCLE (2 POINTS)
1.
Lower the work equipment to the ground.
2.
Use a grease gun to pump grease in through the grease fit-
tings shown by the arrows.
3.
After greasing, wipe off all the old grease that was pushed
out.
