Loosen the bolts (3) (12 pieces) and remove the cover (4).
The cover may lift due to the force of the springs (5 and
(7). Therefore, hold the cover when removing the bolts.

After removing the spring (5) extract the element (6).
10. Clean the removed parts by using the flushing oil.
11. Install the new element in the place where old element
was installed.
12. Check the integrity of the seal between the hydraulic oil
tank and the cover.
If it is damaged, replace it.
13. Fasten the spring (5) onto the element.
14. Set cover (4) in position and install it with the bolts while
pressing it down with the hand.
15. Tighten the cap of oil filler port (F) securely.
16. Bleed the air by starting the engine and let it idle for 10 minutes.
17. Stop the engine.
REMARK
Leave the machine as it is for at least 5 minutes, and then start the operation. This will remove the air bub-
bles in the oil inside the hydraulic tank.
18. Check that there is no leakage of oil and wipe off any oil that is spilled.
METHOD FOR CHANGE OIL IN SWING MACHINERY CASE

Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot, and may cause burn injury.
Consequently, wait until they have cooled down before starting the work.
Prepare a container to receive the oil.

Place the oil container to catch the oil under the plug (P).
2.
Remove the drain plug (P), drain the oil, then tighten the
plug again.
