Removal and installation of operator cab glass (stuck
8. Fix the window glass.
1)
After installing right window glass (1) to
the operator's cab, insert stopper rubbers
X3 to 2 places (v) at the bottom of the
glass to fix the glass.
2) By using styrene foam blocks [9] and rub-
ber bands [10], fix the window glass and
the dam rubber to fit them completely.
9. After installing the window glass, remove any
excess of the primer and adhesive from the
operator's cab and window glass.

By using the white gasoline, wipe off the
adhesive before it is dried up.

When cleaning the glass, do not give an
impact on it.
10. Protect the stuck window glass.
1) Keep the stopper rubbers, styrene foam
blocks, and rubber bands installed for 10
hours.
(at temperature of 20°C and humidity of
60%)
2) After removing the stopper rubbers, sty-
rene foam blokes, and rubber bands, wait
at least 14 hours, that is, at least 24 hours
in total, before operating the machine
actually.
