Turn the filter case (1) counterclockwise, remove it, and
take out the element (2).

Clean the removed parts, then install the new element (2).
Element (2) must be installed facing in the correct direc-
tion. Set the face (Y) with the holes in it up, and fit the hole
in element (2) on the protruding part inside filter head (4).
10. Install the new O-ring (3) to the filter case (1). Screw in the
filter case (1) into the filter head (4). Tighten it further at
least 1/2 turn after the top of filter case (2) touches the fil-
ter head.
11. Return the lever of the valve to (O) position after the swing
motor filter element is replaced. (Filters are at 2 places in
front and rear)
EVERY 2000 HOURS MAINTENANCE
Maintenance for every 10, 100, 250, 500 and 1000 hours should be performed at the same time.
METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN FINAL DRIVE CASE

WARNING
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• If there is remaining pressure inside the case, the oil or plug may jump out. Loosen the plug slowly
to release the pressure.
• Do not stand in front of the plug when you loosen the plug.
