Adjust the play of the connecting portion of the bucket and arm as follows.
1.
Set the work equipment in the shape shown in the right fig-
ure, set the lock lever to LOCK position (L), and stop the
engine.
2.
Loosen the bolts (3) (3 pieces) and bolts (4) (6 pieces),
and loosen the plate (2) and plate (6).
3.
Remove the shim (5) corresponding to the amount of play
(a).
Thicknesses of shim are 0.5 mm and 1.0 mm .
When the play (a) is smaller than 1 shim, do not adjust it
by tightening the bolts.
4.
Tighten the bolts (3) (3 pieces) and bolts (4) (6 pieces).

(9) Bushing
The clearance (b) is widened by above adjustment, however
the play (a) is eliminated.
METHOD FOR CHECKING WINDOW WASHER FLUID LEVEL, ADDING FLUID
1.
If air is in the window washer fluid, check the fluid level in
window washer tank (1).
2.
If the level is low, add window washer fluid for automobile.
Be careful not to let dirt or dust get in when adding fluid.
Mixture ratio of pure washer fluid and water
The proper mixing proportion varies with the ambient temperature. Add the washer fluid diluted with water at the
following proportion.

Winter in cold district
Washer fluid 1/2: water 1/2 –20 °C
Winter in extremely cold district Pure washer fluid

There are 2 types of –10 °C (for general use) and –30 °C (for cold district). Use them properly according to the
area and season.
