REMARK
You can make the crown road surface by the following methods, instead of measuring points “A” and “B” on
“Crown Surface” screen.
• Method 1
Set the point saved in the internal memory of the control box as points “A” and “B” by “Set points”.
• Method 2
Input the “Starting point” and “Main-fall (A ->B)” directly.
(You can set the starting point by “Take a topo shot” or “Set points” as well.)
METHOD FOR CREATING TRIANGULATED SURFACES FROM A TOPO SURVEY
FILE
When creating a TIN surface file, perform the following procedure.
1.
On the main window, press “iB logo key” and display the
main menu.
2.
On “File” menu, press “Surfaces...” and select.
3.
On “Project Surfaces” screen, press “New...”.
4.
On “Surface Name and Type” screen, press the input sec-
tion for “Name”.
5.
Input the name of Surface files to make newly, by using the
alphanumeric keyboard.
6.
Select “Triangulated surface from topo survey” (“Surface
type”), and press “Next”.
