4.8.2 MAINTENANCE INTERVALS IN CASE OF USE OF THE DEMOLITION
HAMMER
In machines equipped with demolition hammer hydraulic oil deteriorates more rapidly than in machines used for
simple digging operations.
When using the demolition hammer, always keep to the following maintenance plan.
4.8.2.a
CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL FILTER
In new machines, change the filter after the first 100÷150 hours of
operation and for the successive changes keep to the indications
given in the table on the right.
If the machine contains synthetic biodegradable oil type HEES,
the filter must be changed after the first 50 hours of operation.

CHANGING THE HYDRAULIC OIL
Change the hydraulic oil in the tank according to the intervals indi-
cated in the table on the right.
On machines containing synthetic biodegradable oil type HEES,
change the oil after the first 500 hours of operation and for the
successive changes keep to the indications given in the table on
the right.
