Description
This parameter sets the observer operating mode. When VL.OBSMODE = 0, the observer is
not part of the control loop; that is, VL.FB is used as the velocity feedback signal to the velocity
loop. When VL.OBSMODE = 1, the observer is part of the control loop; VL.MODEL is used as
the velocity feedback signal.
