This page is used to manage the authority of login Web UI for users, including the username, password and add
users.
4.2.9. Help
In this page, users can get help and check the log book of receiver (the log book can help to backtrack the working
status of receiver).
NOTE:
Only the administrator can modify any parameters for receiver and manage users, and the ordinary users
only have the right to view the relative parameters.
