Cleaning & Care
Always turn off and unplug the unit, when the unit is out of order.
Maintenance work must be performed by certified personnel only.
Make sure system is at room temperature, check for signs of damage including pulled cord or
physical damage to system or heaters. If any signs of physical damage are found, please send back to
agent or factory for replacement parts.
Skirt/Pump
Twist off the safety screw if maintenance is needed.
Turn the pump cap out of the lock position then pull off.
The skirt and pump cap can be placed into the dishwasher.
Cleaning the Cooker
For cleaning the heating coil, pump shaft and sensors, use dish soap, soft booth brush and rinse
under water. Do not rinse the top part of the cooker including the main body in water.
