Selecting Sleep Mode Options
You can change the operation of the Sleep Mode by setting the Roller Jog and the Cool
Down options and by setting the Auto Start-Up Option On and Off.
The Roller Jog option reduces chemical buildup on the Rack and Crossover Rollers.
When selected, the Transport Motor and wash water activate periodically supplying
the Crossover Troughs with water. It is recommended that you select the Roller Jog
option when operating the Processor in Sleep Mode.
The Cool Down option reduces the condensation in the Processor Cabinet. When
selected, the dryer blower operates for 3 hours to exhaust the moist, warm air from the
Processor. The Cool Down option reduces the buildup of chemicals on the Rack and
Crossover Rollers. It is recommended that you select the Cool Down option when
operating the Processor in Sleep Mode.
Procedure for Turning On and Off the Roller Jog Option
1. Press GO TO SETUP.
2. Enter the 4-digit access code.
