Selecting the temperature calibration (TEMP. OFFSET) 
In measuring mode, press the set

 

key. 

1)  Select CAL (calibration) and confirm by pressing set.
2)  Select the TEMP. OFFSET calibration mode and confirm by pressing set. 

Performing the temperature calibration (TEMP. OFFSET)
In measuring mode, press the cal key. 
Press cal once more to activate the function:
