Intended use
The freshness cooler is a commercial
refrigeration unit. It is designed as sales
furniture for packaged food in tempera-
ture class M1 in the self-service area. The
freshness cooler is not suitable for use on
board ships or aircrafts.
It must be ensured that the set and rea-
ched temperature inside the freshness
cooler corresponds to the respective sto-
rage temperature of the food in question
all the time.
