both sides by the glass panes and the
inner baffle pane as well as the glass
floor display
• A defrosting channel is located below
the floor display in the cold room. The
defrost channel is used to drain con-
densed water.
Condensation occurs during proper ope-
ration of the freshness cooler; the mois-
ture contained in the air freezes on the
cooling surfaces. For the correspondingly
necessary defrosting process, the fresh
food cooler has an automatic defrosting
function, with the help of which the fresh
food cooler defrosts automatically at re
-
gular intervals. It is usually not necessary
to defrost the cooler manually.

chapters on cleaning and maintenance.
Temperature controller / refrigeration
controller
With the help of the temperature cont-
roller, the temperature in the goods area
is regulated to an adjustable setpoint.
The temperature controller is set electro-
nically. All necessary settings for tempe
-
rature control and automatic defrosting
are preset at the factory. Changes to
the setting may only be made by autho
-
rized specialist personnel. Failure to do so
may result in damage to the goods.
The refrigeration controller installed in the
freshness cooler is the Modell CRDP-XP
or alternative model
