Programming
A Simplekey 4 system comes pre-programmed to meet client requirements. Tokens
are assigned to areas providing access to the doors specified by the customer.
To ensure correct programming, the information described in
“Information
Required
for
Setting up a New Block / Area to an Existing Customer Cloud”
on page
10
is
required when the order is placed.
Once the system is up and running it is administered via Simplekey Web.
Some basic programming is possible using the controller if a keypad is attached but
this is primarily for maintenance purposes.
The keypad, also called an
‘
Engineers Keypad
’
, is available at a separate cost and is
subject to use and restrictions.
