The Sonar Head Unit is configured at the factory. However, should changes be
required, configuring and updating the Sonar Head Unit can be performed using
Linux Updater. This program is automatically installed when installing SonarPro
12.1 and can be used to query or change the Sonar Head Unit IP address, edit the
startup file of the Sonar Head Unit, or download and install software updates to the
Sonar Head Unit.

B.1 Querying or Changing the Sonar Head Unit IP

Address

To query or change the Sonar Head Unit IP address:

1.

Turn on the PC and wait for the Windows desktop to appear.

2.

Turn on the TIU by pressing the ON/OFF switch.

3.

Start Linux TPU Updater

by double-clicking the Linux TPU Updater icon

on the Windows desktop
