Next, achieve the desired elevation by selecting the 5˚, 10˚, 15˚,
20˚, or 25˚ support bar. Place the elevation bar into the slot on the
underside of the top place.
3.
Lower the top plate and lock into place with the pushpin at the top
of the plate. Secure with the Velcro straps.
4.
Place either the wrist cups or hand grips into the top holes
5.
Position the head cup into the desired hole
6.
Attach the arm cups into the baseplate by screwing the attachment
screws from the bottom. Please note that the “wings” of the arm
cups should be towards the outside of the board, away from the
patient. Adjust the arm cups to the desired angle and position.
7.
Position the patient on the baseplate.
8.
If needed, breast/torso and head-only S-type thermoplastic masks
can be used to secure the patient. Please see a full list of
compatible masks at
www.klaritymedical.com/masks
. If using a
mask, draw the mask down over the patient and secure it to the
baseplate using the pins on either side of the mask.
9.
Once the mask cools, release the mask by pulling up the pins.
