operation and maintenance. After reading, preserve it for further reference.
This manual has contents related to construction, operation, repair, maintenance, safety, optimum
performance of this maize harvester. Please be sure to read the manual carefully before operating,
confirm you have gained enough knowledge of safe operation and maintenance. Please note that as
a part of continuous improvement, the product may undergo slight modifications

Please be sure to read the manual carefully before operating, understand the safety
operating methods, especially the handling methods during emergency. It is more important
than the regular operation.

Do not operate the machine without enough training. Children/ minors are forbidden to
operate.
•
Do not operate while after consuming alcohol, while having fatigue or in bad mood.
•
Do not operate the machine in insufficient light.
•
Before starting the engine, ensure it is in neutral gear and the clutch at the separating
position.
•
Separate the clutch before changing the gear position. Lower the speed of engine.
•
Pay more attention while working on the slope field to avoid risk of falling down.
•
Bystanders should keep safety distance during operation
•
If you want to clear the mud or grass on machine or on the blades or any assistance is
required, ensure to separate clutch and turn off engine first.
•
Fuel is highly flammable, so keep them away from fire. Turn off the engine, allow it to cool
before adding fuel to oil tank.
•
Do not run the machine in less ventilated place occasion, in order to avoid CO poisoning.
•
Keep away from rotating and hot parts.
Working principle & Application
The maize harvester has an engine with the power that drives walking tyres to walk through gearbox,
the power is also transmitted to another gearbox, which in turn drives two iron harvesting wheels and
blades below. While the machine is moving forward, the stem of the corn plant is pulled inside by two
rotating iron wheels, but the corn cob cannot pass because of thickness, so it is cut down and made
to fall into case. Thus the stem is cut into pieces by blades.
Suitable for the corn planted in the hilly land.
The machine can be divided into two parts, when the part with another gearbox is removed, the
remaining part can be used as a tiller.
