KING CANADA makes every effort to ensure that this product meets high quality and durability
standards. KING CANADA warrants to the original retail consumer a 2-year limited warranty as of the
date the product was purchased at retail and that each product is free from defects in materials.
Warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents,
repairs or alterations and lack of maintenance. KING CANADA shall in no event be liable for death,
injuries to persons or property or for incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use
of our products. To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned for examination
by the retailer. Shipping and handling charges may apply. If a defect is found, KING CANADA will either
repair or replace the product.
STAND ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Refer to the parts diagram and parts list on the following page as a guide for
assembly. Make sure all the hex. bolts and hex. nuts are fastened properly.
IMPORTANT:
This stand is designed to be used with 5 Ton Log Splitter model
KC-5LSN. This stand does not come with wheels and mounting hardware. The
wheels, wheel caps and cotter pins must be removed from your Log Splitter and
installed on the stand.
ASSEMBLING LOG SPLITTER ONTO STAND
1) Remove wheel cap (A) Fig.1, then remove cotter pin (B) and wheel (C).
Repeat for the second wheel. Reinstall both wheels to the wheel support
column (Part#8) in the reverse order.
2) Remove front leg (A) Fig.2 of the Log Splitter.
3) Slide cross beam (Part#7) into the front vertical support column (Part#5) and
the wheel support column (Part#8). Loosely secure these parts together with
hex. bolts (Part#6).
4) Secure the two rear vertical support columns (A) Fig.3 (Part#9) to the Log
Splitter support (B) as shown using a hex. bolt, washer, spring washer and
hex. nut on each side.
