ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY & LEVELING OF THE STAND 

1. Unpack the tile saw. With the help of another person, position the tile saw on its side

on a flat, level surface as shown in Fig.3.

2. Pull out both stand legs (A & B) Fig.3, lower the 4 stand support brackets (C) and at-

tach them to the fixed pin (D) on each side of the stand legs.

3. With the help of another person, position the tile saw upright on its stand legs.

4. Position the tile saw in the location you intend on using it. Make sure the tile saw is

stable and doesn’t rock sideways. If the tile saw is unstable, turn the foot leveling

knob (E) Fig.3 clockwise or counterclockwise until the tile saw is stable and perfectly

balanced on the floor.

ASSEMBLY OF THE FEED HANDLE 

1. Install the feed handle (A) Fig.4 to the sliding motor support (B) using 2 hex. bolts,

spring washers and washers (C).

ASSEMBLY OF THE WHEEL ATTACHMENTS 

1. Install the wheel attachments (A) Fig.5 to to both stand legs (B) using 2 hex. bolts

(C) and washers (D).

Note: The hex. bolts must be inserted into the stand leg first, the wheel brackets have

threaded holes.

The stand can now be moved around by lifting the carry handle on the opposite end

tile saw.
