UNPACKING
1. Unpack all the components from the box.
When unpacking the Caulking Gun, carefully inspect for any damage that may have occurred during transit or storage.
Check for tears, loose, missing or damaged parts.
2. Ensure all packaging material is disposed of as per your local council guide lines.
ASSEMBLY
Plastic Discs - For Sausages
To change plunger to Plastic Disc
1. Remove Gun Barrel by unscrewing at rear end cap (Fig 1)
2. Unscrew locking nut at rear of metal disc with 13mm spanner (Fig 2)
3. Remove front locking nut (Fig 3)
4. Fit nut to front of plastic cap (Fig 4)
5. Screw Plastic Cap onto plunger, thread until flush with end of thread (Fig 5)
6. Tighten locking nut to retain plastic cap (Fig 6)
7. Replace gun barrel back on by screwing it onto the rear end cap (Fig 7)

To change plunger to Metal Disc
1. Remove gun barrel (Fig 1)
2. Loosen locking nut with 13mm spanner (Fig 2)
3. Unscrew plastic disc and remove locking nut (Fig 4)
4. Fit nut onto plunger thread until flush with end (Fig 8)
5. Tighten locking nut to retain metal cap (Fig 9)
6. Replace gun barrel back on by screwing it onto the rear end cap (Fig 10)
