4.10.5 Change in ENABLE Signal (SIGNAL I/O)
If the level of the ENABLE signal of the SIGNAL I/O connector's pin 23 changes,
the signal I/O is tripped and the “SIGNAL I/O” indication blinked on the LCD.
To clear this protection, press the STOP switch.
4.10.6 Output current error (CURR ERROR)
If the output current exceeds
±
10 % of the
set value for current
when the measured
value is not judged FAIL during a test, the output current error function is tripped
and the "CURR ERROR" indication is blinked on the LCD.
If the output terminal voltage exceeds 5.6 V due to the connected load, the current
will decrease, which may cause the tester to enter protection status.
To clear this protection, press the STOP switch.
