Maintenance
Output current calibration (offset and full scale)
1
Press SELECT to select the channel you want to calibrate.

Use the VOLTAGE knob to select
SC-B
, and turn on the output.
3
Turn the CURRENT knob to set the DVM reading (converted current
value) to 1 % of the rated output current.

Use the VOLTAGE knob to select
SC-T
, and turn on the output.
5
Turn the CURRENT knob to set the DVM reading (converted current
value) to 100 % of the rated output current.
Ammeter calibration (offset, full scale, and OCP)
Be sure to calibrate the output current before calibrating the ammeter.

Press SELECT to select the channel you want to calibrate.

Use the VOLTAGE knob to select
DC-B
, and turn on the output.

Turn the CURRENT knob to match the product’s current reading to the
DVM reading.

Use the VOLTAGE knob to select
DC-T
, and turn on the output.
5
Turn the CURRENT knob to match the product’s current reading to the
DVM reading (converted current value).

Turn the VOLTAGE knob to select
OCPC
.

Press OVP•OCP.
Calibration is performed automatically. The voltmeter and ammeter displays change
during this process.

If the calibration completes successfully, the ammeter displays
“
DONE
.”
If it doesn’t, the ammeter displays “
FAIL
.”
If the calibration ends with any other display, contact your Kikusui agent or distribu-
tor.

FAIL
