*PSC
Sets whether the event status enable register and service request enable register are
cleared when the POWER switch is turned on.

ON(1)
When the POWER switch is turned on, the *ESE and *SRE
settings are cleared.
OFF(0)
When the POWER switch is turned on, the *ESE and *SRE
settings are not cleared.
