Voltage Fluctuation Measurement Mode (61000-3-11)
VFL:IEC331:MARG:FLIC
Sets the margin for the limit value of Pst or Plt. Set a relative value of the standard limit value
(100). The setting range is 10 to 100. For instance, specify 80 to set the margin to 80 % of the
standard limit value.
