User’s Manual

BIM1000 Series

External Control | External Control Settings

Delay (DELAY)

Set the time until measurement is started after a trigger is detected. You can set the time down to 0 sec-
onds, but the minimum delay is 0.005 seconds. (Example: Even if you specify 0.001 seconds, the actual 
delay will be 0.005 seconds.)

Press MEASURE.

Press DELAY (F4) to select ON or OFF.

The value switches between ON and OFF each time that you press the key.

If you select ON, enter the delay time using the numeric keypad, and then press 
ENTER.

This completes the setting.
