Memory Function
Saving Measurement Conditions
Up to 100 sets (memory numbers 0 to 99) of the following measurement conditions can be saved to the
internal memory.
• Sampling speed (SAMPLE)
• Average setting (AVERAGE)
• Trigger source (TRIG)
• Delay (DELAY)
• Resistance and voltage measurement ranges (RANGE)
• Resistance and voltage measurement upper judgment limit (UPPER) and lower judgment limit
(LOWER)
• Unit of resistance judgment value (Ω/mΩ)
• Display state
• Key lock enabled/disabled
• Zero adjustment enabled/disabled

Set the measurement conditions.

Press STORE (SHIFT+VOLTAGE).
“STORE” appears in the top area of the display.

Use the numeric keypad to enter a memory number, and press ENTER.
The test conditions are saved to memory, and the saved memory number appears in the top area
of the display.
This completes the setting.
