Measurement | Measurement and Judgment Settings

Resistance measurement conditions

Set the measurement range, upper judgment limit, lower judgment limit, and judgment value unit.

1

Press IMPEDANCE.

Press the function key for the measurement condition you want to set, and select 
the value.

The value switches each time you press the key.

Lower judgment limit

If you specify LOWER, enter the lower judg-
ment limit using the numeric keypad, and
