When connecting multiple cylinders using the actuation hoses, use the following:

Aligning the Release Unit after Pressurization
The construction of the release units allows for alignment/adjustment by hand until the swivel
is tightened. After the swivel is tightened, do not attempt further alignment or adjustment.
Should alignment or adjustment be required after tightening the swivel, follow this procedure:
1. Loosen the swivel nut on the release unit.
Note:
When the swivel is loosened, the release unit will vent through the venting hole in the
swivel. The venting of the chamber produces a loud hiss, which is normal. The venting
only involves the content within the release unit unless the valve is faulty.
2. Position the unit as required.
3. Counter-hold by hand and tighten the swivel.
Note:
The venting may remove the applied O-ring lubricant. The O-ring must be lubricated
before re-assembly to the valve port.

Installing Slave Cylinder Gauge Assembly
Follow these steps to install the slave cylinder gauge assembly:
1. Make sure the O-ring in the connecting swivel of the slave cylinder gauge assembly is in
place and properly lubricated. If lubrication is missing, use silicone spray (Würth Art no:
0893221 or similar).
2. Installing slave cylinder gauge assemblies as indicated on the bank assembly drawing. Ap-
ply a torque of 45 ± 1Nm. A counter hold may be required.
3. Leak test all connections on the slave cylinder gauge assembly by means of ammonium-
free leak detection liquid or spray, ensuring that there is no leakage.
Note:
The pre-assembled unit shall not be tampered with, as any adjustment to components
pre-fitted to the connector block will lead to a leak.
