Storing and recalling with
transmitter
Storing with the transmitter
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK from
ON and lock all the doors using the
transmitter. The seat, steering wheel
and outside rearview mirror positions
will be stored in the system memory.
Driver’s position recalling with
transmitter
Unlock the door with the transmitter,
and the positions stored in the system
memory will be recalled automatically.
If using two transmitters, recalling
times may vary because stored posi-
tions in each transmitter may be dif-
ferent.
Example) If doors are locked with
transmitter A and unlocked with
transmitter B, the positions memo-
rized when unlocked with transmitter
B will be recalled and may take
slightly longer than if unlocked with
transmitter A.
Storing and recalling with e-
key (if equipped)
Storing with the e-key
Turn the ignition switch to LOCK from
ON and lock all the doors using the
e-key. The positions of seat, steering
wheel and outside rearview mirror
will automatically be stored in the
system memory.
Driver’s position recalling with e-
key
Unlock the driver’s door using the e-
key, and all positions stored in the
system memory will be recalled auto-
matically.
Unlock the passenger’s door with
the e-key and the system memory
will not operate.
When using two e-keys, position
recall times may vary because each
e-key's stored positions may be differ-
ent.
Example) If doors are locked with e-
key A and then unlocked with e-key B,
the stored e-key B positions will be
recalled but will take slightly longer
than if unlocked with e-key A which
was initially used to lock.
