Driver Attention Warning system is
designed to warn the driver of
potentially hazardous driving situa

tions if it detects inattentive driving
practices.
NOTICE
Driver Attention Warning system
does not detect actual driver fatigue
or drowsiness. The system moni

tors driving and provides a warning
if it detects inattentive driving prac

tices.
Setting and activating DAW system
Driver Attention Warning system is
in the Normal position, when your
vehicle is first delivered to you from
the factory.
To turn ON Driver Attention Warning
system.
䳜 Turn on the vehicle, and then
select 'User Settings → Driver
Assistance → Driver Attention
Warning → High sensitivity / Nor
-
mal sensitivity / Off' on the LCD
display.
The driver can select Driver Atten
-
tion Warning system mode.
䳜 Off: Driver Attention Warning
system is deactivated.
䳜 Normal sensitivity: Driver Atten
-
tion Warning system alerts the
driver of his/her fatigue level or
inattentive driving practices.
䳜 High sensitivity: Driver Attention
Warning system alerts the driver
of his/her fatigue level or inatten
-
tive driving practices faster than
Normal mode.
The set-up of Driver Attention
Warning system will be applied
when the vehicle is re-started.
Displaying the driver's attention
level
The driver can monitor his/her driv
-
ing conditions on the LCD display.
