all electrical devices then remove
battery (-) terminal.
• The actual ýuse/relay panel label
may diýýer ýrom equipped items.
CAUTION
• When replacinþ a blown ýuse or re‐
lay with a new one, make sure the
new ýuse or relay ýits tiþhtly into
the clips. The incomplete ýasteninþ
ýuse or relay may cause the vehi‐
cle wirinþ and electric systems
damaþe and a possible ýire.

• Do not remove ýuses, relays and
terminals ýastened with bolts or
nuts. The ýuses, relays and termi‐
nals may be ýastened incomplete‐
ly, and it may cause a possible ýire.
Iý ýuses, relays and terminals ýas‐
tened with bolts or nuts are blown,
consult a proýessional workshop.
Kia recommends to consult an au‐
thorized Kia dealer/service part‐
ner.
• Do not input any other objects ex‐
cept ýuses or relays into ýuse/relay
terminals such as a driver or wir‐
inþ. It may cause contact ýailure
and system malýunction.
• Do not pluþ in screwdrivers or aý‐
termarket wirinþ into the terminal
oriþinally desiþned ýor ýuse and re‐
lays only. The electrical system
and wirinþ oý the vehicle interior
may be damaþed or burned due to
contact ýailure.
• Iý you directly connect the wire on
the tailliþht or replace the bulb
which is over the reþulated capaci‐
ty to install trailers etc., the inner
junction block can þet burned.
CAUTION
Visually inspect the battery cap to
ensure it is securely closed. Iý the
battery cap is not securely closed,
moisture may enter the system and
damaþe the electrical components.

Use oý random wirinþ in the vehicle
miþht cause danþer due to ýailure
and damaþe oý the vehicle’s per‐
ýormance.
