BODY  PANEL REPAIR PROCEDURE

5.

Cut through the fender apron upper member inner and
outer at cutlines.

6.

Prepare all surfaces to be welded.

7.

After cutting, apply the welding primer.

BMGBP6104B

INSTALLATION

1.

Transcribe the fender apron upper member inner and
outer cutline to the new fender apron upper member,
cut to length and chamfer butt end to improve weld
surface.

2.

Fit and clamp the fender apron upper member inner
and outer in place.

3.

Measure each measurement point (Refer to the BODY
DIMENSIONS) and correct the installation position.
