Rear seat safety belt
(for DOUBLE CAB model)
Lap belt (if equipped)
To fasten the lap belt:
1. Grasp the tongue plate end and
pull it low over the abdomen.
2. Insert the tongue plate (

) into the
open end of the buckle (
➁
) until an
audible “click” is heard, indicating
the latch is locked. Make sure the
belt is not twisted.

WARNING
When you do not fasten the
safety belts on the outsides of
the rear seats, keep the buckle
in an upright position towards
the back of the seat to maintain
it safely.
Doing so can prevent the buckle
from being damaged causing
serious or fatal injuries in an
accident.
